Yoga and Mindfulness

Mindful meditation is practiced to support attention and executive function/brain development:

  • Classes- a few minutes at the beginning of class
  • Group sessions- a few minutes at the beginning of group
  • Meetings- both staff and student meetings
  • Closings- evening gathering before bed time often utilize exercises in mindfulness

Yoga classes- four yoga classes are offered each day for students both single gender and co-ed.
